Search algorithm is bad.... I live in Norwich yet the app generalises me as south and tells me Bristol is near me and proceeds to keep showing me shows in Bristol and other wild places that are nowhere near Norwich. It would be really handy if you allowed a search function for just a specific city or region. How desperate are you for people to buy tickets
Won't let me log in anymore. When I could get in it worked fine. But for some reason I've been logged out of app and now when I try to log in it just takes me to a black screen.
literally the worst app ever invented. a simple process took me an hour. with all the month ticketmaster makes, you'd think they'd have a decent app :/
Neither the app or website store my favourite bands so I miss gigs. Really frustrating
Black screen issue here, same as others by look of it :-( just use the website it's much more reliable
Useless app, everytime you try to sign in it just closed down!! How are you expected to get your tickets for shows when they are phone tickets only!! Will use other ticket suppliers in future where you can print them off

Not functional at all. Don't rely on this useless app for showing tickets! Don't even bother downloading it. Just use the website on the day, or screenshot.
App is hopeless- stuck on "pending " for ten minutes trying to install it from playstore
